摘要: In today’s fast-paced world, computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems have become a necessary element in manufacturing industries. Prior to investment in a CAD/CAM system, it is essential for investor to know how to maximize their benefits from buying a new or by changing an existing CAD/CAM system. The purpose of this study is to provide a methodology to assist small- and medium-sized manufacturing companies of Pakistan in selecting a CAD/CAM system. It will also facilitate the software providers in recognizing the current state of affairs as well as preceding problems regarding the application of CAD/CAM in manufacturing firms when assisting them in choosing the direction for future development simultaneously. To accomplish this purpose, data have been collected about current CAD/CAM systems. Important criteria for system selection and parameters for evaluation have also been identified and prioritized. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used as a decision-making technique for identifying and prioritizing important factors for CAD/CAM software selection. Expert Choice (AHP-based software) has been used to validate the results.

Design of bio-oil additives via molecular signature descriptors using a multi-stage computer-aided moleculardesign framework

摘要: Direct application of bio-oil from fast pyrolysis as a fuel has remained a challenge due to its undesirable attributes such as low heating value, high viscosity, high corrosiveness and storage instability. Solvent addition is a simple method for circumventing these disadvantages to allow further processing and storage. In this work, computer-aided molecular design tools were developed to design optimal solvents to upgrade bio-oil whilst having low environmental impact. Firstly, target solvent requirements were translated into measurable physical properties. As different property prediction models consist different levels of structural information, molecular signature descriptor was used as a common platform to formulate the design problem. Because of the differences in the required structural information of different property prediction models, signatures of different heights were needed in formulating the design problem. Due to the combinatorial nature of higher-order signatures, the complexity of a computer-aided molecular design problem increases with the height of signatures. Thus, a multi-stage framework was developed by developing consistency rules that restrict the number of higher-order signatures. Finally, phase stability analysis was conducted to evaluate the stability of the solvent-oil blend. As a result, optimal solvents that improve the solvent-oil blend properties while displaying low environmental impact were identified.

The concept of Kansei Engineering is introduced based on the investigation of related literatures. The working process and the key technology of computer-aided Kansei Engineering systems are discussed. Finally, the development trend of Kansei Engineering is outlined according to the development of computer and networking technology.

从计算机辅助设计到人辅助设计——一种等几何拓扑优化方法

摘要:

本文提出了一种新的设计模式——人辅助设计,以取代传统的计算机辅助设计。在人辅助设计中,计算机可以通过一种新的等几何拓扑优化自动完成整个产品设计,而人类仅需协助轻微修改设计以满足要求。文中提出了一种嵌入域等几何拓扑优化用于设计具有不规则设计域的复杂模型,并且可以基于分层等几何拓扑优化结果自动生成优化结果的可编辑几何模型。测试了三个算例以验证所提出的等几何拓扑优化模式,包括一个具有规则设计域的3D悬臂梁,一个具有不规则设计域的汽车零件和一个具有多尺度结构的MBB梁。结果表明,所提出的等几何拓扑优化模式可以自动生成高质量的优化模型。因此,该技术具有成为革命性技术的巨大潜力,可以将当前设计模式由计算机辅助设计转变为人辅助设计。

Computer-Aided Design System for CP Single-Screw Compressor

摘要:

To design various optimum parameters and simulate the working process of CP single-screw compressor, the Computer-Aided Design (CAD) system for the CP single-screw compressor has been established. A new method based on computer graphics technology, database technology, object-oriented programming technology, and visual simulation technology has been adopted in this CAD system. The system has integrated solid modeling function with parameterization design function and animator simulation function based on analyzing the working principle of the CP single-screw compressor. The experimental results show that the CAD system for the CP single-screw compressor is practical and feasible.

摘要:

全人抗体免疫原性小、安全性高。目前研究的处于临床试验阶段的大多数抗体药物都是人源化或全人抗体。全人抗体多通过噬菌体展示技术(体外)或转基因小鼠(体内)产生;其他方法包括B淋巴细胞永生化、人-人杂交瘤、单细胞聚合酶链反应等。本文描述了一种基于分子结构的计算机辅助设计新抗体技术,用于获得全人抗体。由于靶向人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)的注射用曲妥珠单抗(赫赛汀)的结构复杂,我们首先针对赫赛汀识别HER2 的潜在表位设计了6 条短肽。随后,将这些肽作为抗体互补决定区,并采用适合的免疫球蛋白框架,获得名为“HF”的新型抗HER2 抗体。HF比赫赛汀具有更高的亲和力和更有效的抗肿瘤活性。我们的工作为用于机理研究以及免疫相关疾病(如癌症和传染病)的成像和临床应用的新型全人抗体的快速设计和筛选提供了有用工具。

Closed surface modeling with helical line measurement data

摘要: Models for surface modeling of free-form surface and massive data points are becoming an important feature in commercial computer aided design/computer-aided manufacturing software. However, there are many problems to be solved in this area, especially for closed free-form surface modeling. This article presents an effective method for cloud data closed surface modeling from asynchronous profile modeling measurement. It includes three steps: first, the cloud data are preprocessed for smoothing; second, a helical line is segmented to form triangle meshes; and third, Bezier surface patches are created over a triangle mesh and trimmed to shape on an entire surface. In the end, an illustrative example of shoe last surface modeling is given to show the availability of this method.

Automatic Design Theory and Realization of Kinematic Schemes for Mechanism System

Based on an analysis of mechanism combination methods of a current mechanism system kinematic scheme, input/output kinematic behavior and their constraint relations were proposed to represent the kinematic behavior knowledge of a mechanism system. Furthermore, a tree structure of a kinematic behavior decomposition process for a mechanism system was provided. Considering multiple outputs for a mechanism system, the matching algorithm and the attributes propagation method of kinematic behavior were used to generate a mechanism combination scheme. Its intermediate design solution and the constraint relations between input and output are generated to fill the common blackboard. Moreover, using information in the blackboard as input motion, the behavior attributes of other process actions are transmitted to attribute items of the blackboard, which finally enables a computer-aided automatic design process of a mechanism system kinematic scheme. To avoid the problem of schemes combination explosion caused by unbounded depth in the search process, bounded depth-first search was used to control the number of expanded hierarchies for a design tree. Finally, an example was given to show its feasibility and solution efficiency.

A zone-layered trimming method for ceramic core of aero-engine blade based on an advanced reconfigurable laser processing system

摘要: Ceramic structural parts are one of the most widely utilized structural parts in the industry. However, they usually contain defects following the pressing process, such as burrs. Therefore, additional trimming is usually required, despite the deformation challenges and difficulty in positioning. This paper proposes an ultrafast laser processing system for trimming complex ceramic structural parts. Opto-electromechanical cooperative control software is developed to control the laser processing system. The trimming problem of the ceramic cores used in aero engines is studied. The regional registration method is introduced based on the iterative closest point algorithm to register the path extracted from the computer-aided design model with the deformed ceramic core. A zonal and layering processing method for three-dimensional contours on complex surfaces is proposed to generate the working data of high-speed scanning galvanometer and the computer numerical control machine tool, respectively. The results show that the laser system and the method proposed in this paper are suitable for trimming complex non-datum parts such as ceramic cores. Compared with the results of manual trimming, the method proposed in this paper has higher accuracy, efficiency, and yield. The method mentioned above has been used in practical application with satisfactory results.

Integrated design of legged mechatronic system

摘要: This paper presents a system based on the integrated design and experiment for a one degree-of-freedom (DOF) legged mechatronic system (LMTS). A six-bar linkage mechanism, which is derived from a four-bar linkage with a symmetrical coupler point and pantograph into one, is designed, and common controllers are used to control the velocity and position loops. For system-based dynamic optimization, the design for control (DFC) approach is used to integrate the structure and control for improving dynamic performance with reduced control torque. Finally, for a rapid 3D graphical based implementation of the system, high-level computer-aided rapid system integration (CARSI) technology is used to integrate the structure design, controller design, and system implementation into the design and analytical software environment based on Pro/engineer, XML syntax, Simmechanics, and Simulink. Thus, the development time for the LMTS is reduced.

文章在总结现有智能化概念设计思维规律的基础上,提出基于可拓方法的机械产品智能化概念设计的研究内容、特点、流程与方法。围绕智能化概念设计的功能表达、功能分解与综合、功能推理与决策,重点研究功能-原理-布局-结构的可拓化概念设计方法和计算机模拟人类解决问题的辩证思维过程。文中给出可拓方法在加工中心刀库概念设计中的应用实例。该方法对于解决目前智能化概念设计理论研究与工程实现中的瓶颈问题,具有重要意义。

Computer aided process planning system based on workflow technology and integrated bill of material tree

摘要: It is extremely important for procedure of process design and management of process data for product life cycle in Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) system, but there are many shortcomings with traditional CAPP system in these respects. To solve these questions, application of workflow technology in CAPP system based on web-integrated Bill of Material (BOM) tree is discussed, and a concept of integrated BOM tree was brought forward. Taking integrated BOM as the thread, CAPP systematic technological process is analyzed. The function, system architecture, and implementation mechanism of CAPP system based on Browser/Server and Customer/Server model are expatiated. Based on it, the key technologies of workflow management device were analyzed. Eventually, the implementation mechanism of integrated BOM tree was analyzed from viewpoints of material information encoding, organization node design of integrated BOM tree, transformation from Engineering BOM (EBOM) to Process BOM(PBOM), and the programming implementation technology.

摘要: 本文提出了一种新的基于属性的计算机辅助设计(CAD)装配模型加密方法,有效地支持云制造中协同设计场景的层次访问控制、完整性验证和变形保护。设计了装配层次访问树(AHAT)作为层次访问结构。部件密文(ACT)文件中包含与属性相关的密文元素,其适用于内容密钥解密而不是CAD装配体文件。我们修改原始的默克尔树(MT)并重建装配体MT。所提出的ABE框架具有将变形保护方法与CAD模型的内容保密性相结合的能力。在标准假设下,所提出的加密方案被证明是安全的。在典型的CAD装配模型上进行的实验仿真表明,该方法在应用中是可行的。
